I was having issues with our water softener system so called Ecowater. The customer service I received from my initial call to the service appointment was impeccable. Had Jason here to fix our water softener today. In a word Jason is amazing!!! Took his time to explain the water softener, cleaned the screen, showed us how to do routine maintenance and talked about when to call in an expert. Wow!!! Excellent customer from Julie in setting up the appointment, to Jason showing up and fixing our problem. Can't say enough good things about this company. This is our 2nd service call in 24 years. I Rent a water softener from McLeod's Ecowater and have regular softener appointments for cleaning it. Sometime before Christmas, I had a service call from McLeod's and had a new technician came to the house named Brian. Not only did he do a wonderful cleaning of my softener, but he also took time to explain to me what he was doing and how to adjust the settings if necessary in between appointments. We experienced a pressure tank problem on a 7 year old filtration system. The staff were helpful in identifying the tank as the problem, advising the part is still under warranty and then assisting me by phone to remove the old unit and replace it.
