I was having issues with our water softener system so called Ecowater. The customer service I received from my initial call to the service appointment was impeccable. Polite, kind, knowledgeable and courteous. JP was amazing! He determined immediately what the issue was and not only fixed the problem in record time but also took the time to help me understand what the problem was and how to properly take care of the system. Had Jason here to fix our water softener today. In a word Jason is amazing!!! Took his time to explain the water softener, cleaned the screen, showed us how to do routine maintenance and talked about when to call in an expert. Wow!!! Excellent customer from Julie in setting up the appointment, to Jason showing up and fixing our problem. Can't say enough good things about this company. This is our 2nd service call in 24 years. Their product is high quality and durable. Thank you!!!

JP was awesome to help solve for a drip we found coming from our UV system! It was Easter weekend, the store was closed and we received a call back within minutes. JP was able to walk us through the fix over the phone and solve the issue - amazing service, especially since we have were hosting Easter dinner hours later. Thank you!

I just had a new water softener installed. The install was a bit complicated by changing the location from the old unit. The guys did a nice clean, professional job. They were on time and good to deal with. I was impressed.

One of the things we truly like about this company based on recent experiences of having them at our home is they never tried to upsell us. They recommended what was best for our specific situation. I Rent a water softener from McLeod's Ecowater and have regular softener appointments for cleaning it. Sometime before Christmas, I had a service call from McLeod's and had a new technician came to the house named Brian. Not only did he do a wonderful cleaning of my softener, but he also took time to explain to me what he was doing and how to adjust the settings if necessary in between appointments. I would recommend McLeod's and especially Brian for anyone thinking of renting a softener for their residence. Cheers, Mike Neary

We experienced a pressure tank problem on a 7 year old filtration system. The staff were helpful in identifying the tank as the problem, advising the part is still under warranty and then assisting me by phone to remove the old unit and replace it. Zero cost, great assistance and support from everyone. That's how you build a loyal customer base. Great work!

We had McLeod’s come and install our new water softener system up at the cottage. Talking to Kimberly from the beginning and sending her picture of the water softener system that was there when we bought the cottage was basically all she really needed to get set us on the right track to a new system. The gentlemen arrived and proceeded to replace the old with a new system without any problems. They even set up a schedule as to when the salt needed to be added. All is working wonderful and we truly appreciate the professionalism that came along with the work. Thank you Kimberly and your associates for the wonderful, professional job that you did.
